Rescheduling Process for a WSSL Home Game

 

Please note: rescheduling must be completed (not started) 72 hours prior to game time to line up a referee crew.

Corrections to a home game’s schedule are made by the Northville’s Home Field Scheduler.

Games should only be rescheduled due to field closure - we play in the rain- (please use your assistant to cover games you can not make).

If a game needs to be changed it must be confirmed by the Home Field scheduler a week in advance of the original game date.

Recreational coaches are responsible for getting their game conflicts to the Google Form Conflicts prior to scheduling.

All teams are required to have an assistant coach, who will be used in time of conflict.

For insurance reasons, only coaches / volunteers submitted on the printed roster are allowed to coach / assist in a game or practice.

Coaches must have a Risk Management Card with a valid active date.

 

Rescheduling steps if it is your Home Game:

 

1) Have the away coach to pick three dates (use email for a record)

2) Email nsagamechange ( at ) gmail.com these dates and original: date, time & Game Number in Got Sports.  

3) Our Home Field Scheduler will then change the Got Sports Schedule or notify you if these do not work.

4) Confirmation will show up on the WSSL Schedule (Got Sports).

Referee Schedule and the Got Sport Schedule both must match (click here).

 

 

If your game is away:

Contact the away team’s coach. Contact info is on the schedule upper right hand corner.
